UK Film Council to close

What does this mean for BEV?

On Monday, the government announced it's plans to abolish the UK Film Council. We'd like to thank the UKFC, particularly to the Film Festivals Fund and to Diversity for their contribution and support over the past few years. It is unclear what this change will do to the UK film industry, however, BEV hope that whatever the changes, funding will be in place to support festivals and organizations with a diversity focus.
