Trekking in the Columbian jungle, Mark Henderson was kidnapped and held captive for 101 days. Months after his release, he was contacted by two of his captors and embarked upon a correspondence which eventually compelled him to return to Colombia and confront them.

A compelling and original portrait of the quest for closure, this intimate documentary delves deep into the nature of kidnapping from all sides. Kate Horne has produced several documentaries based in Latin America and Mark Henderson has been making television docs for the past 15 years. This is their first feature documentary.

"Fascinating documentary about the search for closure" Ronnie Scheib, Variety
