When funding permits, we will offer Continued Professional Development (CPD) courses and workshops for marginalised gender filmmakers/screenwriters, and film distribution/exhibition professionals in order to enable professional growth and in turn grow the historically under-represented creatives and gatekeepers within the sector.

A highly regarded filmmaker training programme for marginalised genders that offers a balanced portfolio of inward and outward focus. From sessions on developing confidence in your presentation style, to interrogating rejection with professional coaches, alongside case studies, current box office and data analysis, and future trend-forecasting – plus socialising and screening events.

FUTURE LEADERS IN DISTRIBUTION

A leadership training programme for marginalised genders with 7+ years of film distribution experience and who have the ambition to run/own a distribution business or operate at a higher executive level. The programme offers a balanced portfolio of inward and outward focus, including sessions with professional coaches specialising in female entrepreneur training.
